Welcome to Health Connect. By downloading, accessing, or using the Health Connect mobile application ("App") or website located at healthconnect.fit ("Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms").

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Health Connect ("we", "us", or "our", operated by Hexalitics). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not download, install, or use Health Connect.

Health Connect is designed for personal wellness and fitness tracking. You must be at least 13 years of age (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction) to use Health Connect.

The App is intended strictly for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not resell, redistribute, or use Health Connect to provide services to third parties without prior written consent.

HEALTH CONNECT IS NOT A MEDICAL DEVICE AND DOES NOT PROVIDE MEDICAL ADVICE, DIAGNOSIS, OR TREATMENT.

The metrics, trends, charts, and recommendations displayed in Health Connect (including step counts, sleep analysis, heart rate summaries, hydration logs, and workout metrics) are for general information and wellness tracking purposes only.

Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of information displayed in or calculated by Health Connect. Always consult with a qualified healthcare professional before beginning any new exercise routine, diet, or fitness regimen, or if you have questions regarding a medical condition.

If you believe you are experiencing a medical emergency, immediately contact your local emergency services (such as 911 in the US or 112 in Europe).

Health Connect integrates with Apple HealthKit to read and display your health metrics directly on your iPhone.

• 100% On-Device Processing: Your health data is processed entirely on your physical device. We do not operate remote servers that store, transmit, or analyze your health metrics. • No Account Required: Health Connect requires no account creation, login, or personal profile storage on our servers. • User Control: You retain complete ownership and control over your data. You may grant or revoke permissions to specific Apple Health data types at any time via your device: Settings → Health → Data Access & Devices → Health Connect. • Compliance with Apple Guidelines: In accordance with Apple Developer guidelines, Health Connect never uses HealthKit data for advertising, data brokering, or third-party marketing.

Health Connect is free to download and includes core tracking features. Optional premium features and subscriptions ("Health Connect Pro") may be offered through Apple's App Store.

• Billing & Payment: All purchases and subscriptions are processed directly through your Apple ID account using Apple In-App Purchase. We do not collect or store your payment details. • Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is disabled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing cycle. • Cancellations: You may manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple ID Account Settings: Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions. • Refunds: Refund requests are subject to Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions and must be requested directly through Apple Support (reportaproblem.apple.com).

The Health Connect app, website, logos, visual interfaces, graphics, design, compilation, software code, and all related intellectual property are owned by Hexalitics and protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to download and use Health Connect on compatible Apple devices that you own or control.

You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of any portion of the App or Site.

You agree to use Health Connect only in accordance with all applicable local, national, and international laws. You agree not to:

• Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of any system or network related to the App or Site • Circumvent, disable, or tamper with security features or digital rights management mechanisms • Use any automated system, bot, or scraper to access the Site or extract content • Interfere with or disrupt the normal operation of the App or Site

Health Connect integrates with system-level frameworks provided by third parties, including Apple HealthKit and Apple App Store services. If you choose to connect optional external services (such as Google Health), your use of those services is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies.

We are not responsible for the availability, performance, or privacy practices of third-party platforms or services.

HEALTH CONNECT IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMISSIBLE UNDER APPLICABLE LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL OPERATE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE, THAT SENSOR DATA READINGS FROM THIRD-PARTY DEVICES WILL BE 100% ACCURATE, OR THAT DEFECTS WILL BE IMMEDIATELY CORRECTED.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL HEALTH CONNECT, HEXALITICS, ITS FOUNDERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA, PHYSICAL INJURY, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH:

• YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE HEALTH CONNECT • ANY METRICS, CALCULATIONS, OR CONTENT DISPLAYED IN THE APP • ANY UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OR ALTERATION OF YOUR DEVICE OR DATA

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY EXCEED THE GREATER OF FIFTY US DOLLARS ($50 USD) OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

You may terminate your agreement with these Terms at any time simply by deleting the Health Connect application from your device and ceasing all use of the Site.

Because Health Connect does not maintain cloud accounts or store your health data on remote servers, deleting the app removes all local application data from your device immediately.

We reserve the right to suspend or discontinue the App or any feature at any time without prior notice.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms shall be instituted exclusively in the competent courts located in New Delhi, India.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. When revisions occur, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.

Your continued use of Health Connect following any changes constitutes your binding acceptance of the updated Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
